Account Information

Once you sign in to LifeWayWorship.com, you will notice the "Manage Account" link in the top-right of the screen. The Manage Account link allows you to do just that...manage your account information. The Manage Account feature includes changing your password, updating your account information and viewing your previous orders.

When you select change password you will be asked to enter your current password, the new password, to verify you new password, and then create a new password hint. When done simply click the Submit button and save your new password.

When you select to edit account information you can change the required information like your name, email address, and church. You will also have access to update additional information like your church role, phone number and physical address information. Once you have updated your information simply click the Submit button at the bottom of the page.

Finally you have the option to view your past receipts. By clicking on View previous orders, you will view a summary of previous orders including purchased date, order number and total amount. You can view any previous orders receipt by using the View receipt link next to any order. The receipt shown is the same receipt issued at the time of purchase. You can use the Download Purchases button at the bottom of the receipt to go directly to your Media Library and download your purchases again.
