Welcome to the Plan Worship page. So let us create a worship plan! First our plan needs a name. let us call it "Sunday Morning." Now that we have a name for the worship plan, we need to give it a date. Notice that the site defaults to next Sunday's date. If we click the calendar icon, we can set the date to whatever is desired. Now our plan has a name and a date. However, both are still editable if needed.

Let us add some music to our plan. On the right, we will use the search box to start searching for music. let us find "Praise to the Lord, the Almighty." Notice the results will appear automatically. There are multiple versions of "Praise to the Lord, the Almighty" available. You can preview the versions by using the "listen" icons.

Now we will drag one of the tracks into our worship plan. The song "Praise to the Lord, the Almighty" is in our worship plan. Notice the label "Music" is highlighted. We can change this label to whatever is desired. Let us name this our "Call to Worship." Now let us find the song "Like a River Glorious", and use it in our plan.

We have three icons and a drop-down menu next to each title. The first icon is Notes. Once we click on Notes we must choose who the note is intended for. Using the dropdown options we can choose the pastor, technical people, instrumentalists, and vocalists. Let us create this note for the pastor. We can now save this note for later.

The second icon is the info page, so you can see all of the songs details. The third icon is the SongMap feature. Even from within our worship plan, we can access SongMap. The dropdown menu to the right allows us to select the key for the song from keys available from the site. This allows you to create a key plan while creating a worship plan. Each song has a time listed, and at the bottom of the page is a total time that is constantly updated. This is continually updated when new songs are set or songs are edited using SongMap.

In the upper right side of the worship plan is a "print" icon. When using the print icon, we can print just the worship plan or the worship plan with notes. Let us view the print preview.

Back on the Plan Worship page, we can use the "choose downloads" link at the bottom of the page. This gives us the option to purchase any or all of the songs used in our worship plan. Notice if we would purchased the item before, an asterisk (*) is next to the title. If our needs change and different parts or tracks are needed, we can choose to "add to cart and configure." This takes us to the shopping cart where we can choose our downloads, make adjustments to songmaps, and more.
